To be honest I do not think that this will make people stop smoking.
I agree. (I think that the best effect it will have is to anger voters in Australia, stimulating the democratic process by voting stupid people out of office. At the worst it will just promote contraban tobacco smuggling in the region)Just an opinion =:O]
